I run FDA-regulated and NIH-funded programs end to end — across multi-site translational research and international consortia. I design the operational plan, manage resource conflicts, and keep matrixed teams moving without direct authority.

Today I'm the operational lead for a $2.4M, 7-institution cross-border consortium at the University of Chicago — owning milestone governance, budget variance tracking, vendor accountability, and executive reporting across two concurrent programs, on time across consecutive program years.

Before that, Abbott Molecular (Alinity m, GxP, V&V, CAPA) — so I already know the operating standards and compliance expectations the industry holds. I'm now actively applying GenAI tools to biospecimen documentation and research workflows, and I'm a Google-certified GenAI Leader.
